We are a private pool nestled in the outskirts of Bristol, near the National Trust site Tyntesfield. Our small, hardworking team are passionate about swimming and enjoy working with us. The pool offers people of all ages and abilities the opportunity to swim in a warm, comfortable and private setting. We offer a wide range of services at our pool and due to customer demand, we are looking to further expand our team.
 
Job description:
 Weekends are an extremely popular time for swimming at the pool. We work to a very strict schedule so that we can accommodate as many customers as possible at this peak time. Working alongside your team, as a pool assistant, you will be responsible for:
 
·      Ensuring the pool is kept clean and tidy
·      Assisting your supervisor with daily tasks and duties
·      Setting up and packing away equipment before and after sessions
·      Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for customers

 We are looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join our hard-working team. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of Saturday pool parties - our busiest day of the week.

You will be the face of Gable Leisure, greeting customers and guiding them on their journey to pool party bliss, whilst also ensuring the smooth running of operations at the pool.
You will be in charge of coordinating the team, ensuring they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively, so that the business maintains its strict time schedule. You must be able to meet the demands of this fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service at all times.
As the Duty Manager, you must ensure that each and every customer has a positive experience whilst visiting the pool. You must be punctual, personable, and able to engage with our diverse clientele whilst also ensuring that safety policies and house rules are followed by all visitors at all times.
